  I came here because my tire was low on air. I usually go to the Acura near my old house, however due to distance, I came to this one. As soon as I walked in, Leigh was very rude. She told me I had to call Acura, on my terms, to find out what insurance I had for my tires. My phone was dead and she wasn’t helpful at all. I was forced to use another customers phone, and when I called the other Acura, they told me she could have found out herself in order to save me the trouble. I did tell Leigh that and her response was “well what am I supposed to look for.” She was very rude and I rather drive miles to go to another Acura than this place with no proper customer service.
  
  And to top it off, when I got my car back from the service, my tire pressure was super low, so I had to go back and fix that. The manager was very polite and apologetical, but that doesn’t make up for the troubles. Never coming back here.

  There’s no option for zero stars? I never write reviews, but Smithtown Acura is so bad that it warrants one. If this helps just one person from being robbed, then this review was successful. Smithtown Acura is the absolute WORST dealership that I’ve ever been to! The salesman, Charlie, is the exact reason that people hate going to car dealerships. I should have trusted my instinct and went with a deal from Huntington Acura. Charlie is extremely vague, rushes into signing papers, makes promises that he can’t keep, and lies once the deal is complete. Smithtown Acura was empty when we came in and empty again when we picked up the car. I wonder why. Save yourself the time and energy, go to another Acura dealer.
