    I received the black Friday email dating November 16-18. Facials were buy one get one free. Gift Cards have spend $100 get $20 bonus. No exclusion were listed on the email. I went to purchase 2 mini facials and was told the mini facials were excluded. I then asked for the acne facial I was also told this was also excluded. All are listed on their website. This is the second time I have had gift card issues. I would strongly recommend skipping any promotions or gift cards they offer as they never stand behind the advertisements.
